TMD GRUP is an engineering solution partner that designs and manufactures the most efficient and quality machines required for production and R&D activities in the machinery industry to international standards. Using the most up-to-date technology in production and design processes, it aims to manufacture low-cost / high-efficiency machines for national and international investors.

The name — Technical Machine Design — carries the company's core claim: not a standard parts vendor, but an engineering firm that understands the problem and designs the solution. In addition to classical production methods, by analysing the needs of the investor and the producer collectively and meeting the producer's basic and advanced needs at the maximum level, it sees customer satisfaction as the most important principle.

TMD GRUP was founded in 1998. Since that day, it has been producing bespoke machinery and system solutions to international standards for the cement, mining, energy, aggregate and heavy industry sectors. This experience of 25+ years has accumulated along three main axes:

• Sector knowledge: through field experience, we know how a cement clinker line behaves, the real challenges of mining ore handling, and how thermal-plant coal stockpiles are managed.

• Engineering quality: our SolidWorks, Inventor and FEA analysis infrastructure catches design errors before production.

• Manufacturing capability: at our integrated facility in Başkent OSB, with 3000×12000 mm CNC plasma cutting, 100-ton hydraulic press, MIG/TIG/SAW welding and NDT inspection infrastructure, capacity to handle work at every scale.

TMD GRUP's distinguishing feature is that it runs the process from product design to commissioning under a single roof. This guarantees the customer the principle of a single point of contact and single responsibility:

• Engineering office: 3D modelling (SolidWorks / Inventor), finite element analysis (ANSYS / SolidWorks FEA), project management (MS Project / Primavera).

• CNC manufacturing workshop: 3000×12000 mm CNC plasma cutting, Durmazlar 4-metre press brake, 100-ton hydraulic press, MIG/TIG/SAW welding, NDT inspection, powder-coating line.

• Site application team: certified engineers and technicians, laser-alignment infrastructure, NEBOSH/IOSH safety trained.

• Technical service: Ankara-based spare-parts depot, 7/24 support line, IoT monitoring infrastructure.

This structure is a fundamental difference in coordination and warranty compared to suppliers dependent on third parties.

Accepting the design and production of cement, industrial and mining machinery as its main process line, TMD GRUP also offers bespoke machinery design and production for the energy, construction, agriculture and food sectors.
