ISO 9001:2015 is the most widely used quality management system standard worldwide. It shows that an organisation's products and services consistently meet customer and legal requirements, and that it applies a continuous improvement approach.

TMD GRUP's ISO 9001:2015 certification means:

ISO 14001:2015 is the standard that shows an organisation systematically manages its environmental responsibilities. TMD GRUP's certification documents that environmental impacts in production and field activities are identified and under control:

• Waste management procedures — separate collection and recycling for steel chips, powder-coating waste, used oil and similar items.

• Energy efficiency — efficient use of production machines, reduction of unnecessary consumption.

• Emission control — ventilation and filtering at paint shop and welding stations.

ISO 45001:2018 is the most up-to-date international standard that protects employees' health and safety in the workplace. TMD GRUP's certification is important for two reasons:

• The safety of our own employees: manufacturing workshop, welding station, warehouse and office staff working in safe environments.

• The safety of our field service: the engineers and technicians we send to customer sites work to the same standard.

NEBOSH and IOSH compliant occupational safety training, PPE practices, risk assessment and permit-to-work systems are standard parts of our field service. This minimises accident risk both at TMD GRUP and the customer's facility.

EN 1090 is the mandatory standard in the European Union for the production of structural steel and aluminium components. The standard defines four execution classes (EXC1, EXC2, EXC3, EXC4); EXC3 is the class most commonly required for heavy industrial structural steel production (bridges and critical infrastructure may require EXC4).

TMD GRUP's EN 1090 EXC3 certification documents:

• Welding procedures (WPS) and welder qualifications (WPQR) are certified.

• NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspection infrastructure is in place — weld quality is verified by ultrasonic, magnetic particle or penetrant tests.

• Production processes are executed in accordance with the EN 1090-2 standard.

• Discipline in final inspection and documentation.

This certification is required as a critical condition for heavy structural work such as blast-furnace-surround structures of iron-steel facilities, kiln support structures of cement plants and similar.

The CE mark declares that the product complies with the European Union's health, safety and environmental protection requirements. It is the basic condition for the machines TMD GRUP manufactures to be sold in the EU market.

CE conformity assessment covers compliance with all relevant EU directives, such as the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), Low Voltage Directive and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.

TSE certification is the local conformity document issued by the Turkish Standards Institution. It is important for participating in public tenders in Türkiye and for demonstrating that we produce in compliance with Turkish standards.

TMD GRUP's TSE certification is another indicator that we are an organisation that has been operating in the national market for many years and successfully passing the inspection of regulatory authorities.
